Planet Rahu

Rahu is a shadow planet. In astrology, the existence of Rahu planet is visible but on the other hand there is no existence of Rahu planet in the astronomical world. In the world of science it has been said that Rahu is not a planet but on other hand in astrology, it has been accepted the existence of Rahu. Due to which eclipses are seen on the moon. Rahu has no existence of its own, it is seen to be giving the results according to the sun sign and the planet with which it is sitting. Rahu has also been called a thief planet due to darkness. Rahu is said to be a thief planet because often it serves only to steal in the kundli of the native and brings loss of happiness. If we talk about the qualities of Rahu, then there are no qualities of any way in it but there are so many bad effects Rahu has been talked about in astrology.It has also been called the planet Asura. Religious story of Rahu

A very famous story about Rahu is written in Hindu scriptures. It is said that when the sea churned (samudra manthan) and the nectar was released from the churning of the ocean, there was a fight between the gods and the asuras for drinking it. Then Lord Vishnu took the form of Mohini and placed the Gods and Asuras in two separate rows. Vishnu was getting everyone in the form of Amrit Mohini, but after seeing the form of Mohini, all the Asuras were trapped in his beautiful body and Mohini was feeding the gods. Just then, an Asur had disguised himself in the line of the gods and drank a sip of nectar. When Lord Vishnu came to know this, he separated his head from his Sudarshan Chakra and he was divided into two parts. One of which was named Rahu and the other was named Ketu. The head was spoken by Rahu and the underside of the head is known as Ketu
